Do you find it difficult to get back into a routine after Christmas?

Let’s be honest – we all over-indulge during the festive period..

It can be harder than you might think to get yourself going again after a month of excess and back into a routine as far as your exercise and nutrition is concerned. That’s why we’ve made it extra easy for you this year! We’ve got a whole range of new programmes running from Monday 8 January. Whether you’re new to exercise and/or Club 300 in general, or just looking for the kickstart you need, we’ve got something for you.

For non-members, we’ve got the perfect package for you! Four weeks of training in a small group of just 6 with an experienced coach, focusing on technique and the basics of each of our group training session formats. Attend the evening sessions on Monday & Thursday, or choose Tuesday and Friday mornings.

Maybe you feel like you need to open up the lungs and the legs to get you started again. Join our running group – open to all abilities and ages regardless of running experience. We’ll be focusing on short distances with a 3km and 5km route twice per week for 4 weeks on a Monday and Wednesday night at 7pm. Meeting point is at the Club 300 reception.

Our 6 week ‘waist management’ programme will also be returning! Starting on Tuesday 9 January at 8pm and running for 6 weeks, the programme is open to 10 applicants who are looking to learn more about the importance of nutrition in relation to their fitness goals. Our previous group lost a total of 31.25kgs between the 6 whose goal was weight loss. The programme costs £120 and includes a weekly body stat and weight analysis; fitness programme; tailored macronutrient and calorie goals; as well as invaluable advice and knowledge on all aspects of your body’s nutritional requirements. Suitable for all, regardless of your goal.
