Club 300’s approach, being run by experienced personal trainers, is to educate our clients and members on how to get the most from their training, nutrition and lifestyle. Moving away from the typical commercial gym experience with rows of cardio equipment, our aim is to coach people in how to exercise more effectively and achieve optimal results.
Racks and Rigs
Bespoke racks and rigs are a highlight of our club. If you enjoy lifting, you will love our set up. Our space is flexible with many moving parts meaning no matter your goals, we have you covered.
Dumbells, Barbells, Kettlebells and Plates
The very best of Polyurethane, competition grade Kettlebells, Barbells, Dumbbells and Plates fill our gym space.
More durable, impact resistant and more shock absorbent than rubber. Polyurethane is also more hygienic than cheaper rubber products and does not produce any odours.
Our products meet official competition rules. Being incredibly accurate and consistent (within 0.1% and 0.05%), so the weight you are lifting is absolutely what you think it is.
Fixed Resistance
Fixed resistance has its place, especially for our gym users. From the popular DAP (Dual Adjustable Pulley) to Leg Press and Lat Pulldowns we have all the equipment to complement our Rigs and Racks.
You’ll also find multiple quirky stations such as landmine receivers, Sissy Squat and Prowlers.
HIIT Cardio
HIIT Cardio is blended in to our gym space and used to complement our Small Group Training and Gyms users looking for that end of workout finisher.
Rowers, Ski Trainers, Air Bikes or Bike-Ergs can be found in all of our facilities.
