Club 300 2016 in Review

Club 300 has enjoyed a busy and successful first calendar year in business.

The exclusive gym & personal training studio based in Perth takes a look back at the highlights…

April – hosted our first Hen Party for our member Andrea!

June – Claire Addison joined the team as a freelance Personal Trainer

June – September – we took our Sunday Sesh days outdoors and tackled Schiehallion, Ben Lawers and Ben Ghlas!

              

August – we put together our annual charity boot camp in aid of CATH, followed by a BBQ (in the rain!) back at the Club

      

August – our first 12 week Transformation group got started and we had fantastic results. The third group begins in February!

 

 

September – Chris Terry joined the team

October – Club 300 celebrated its first birthday with a variety of events across the month, finishing up with GoKarting!

      

We also took a team of 20 to Edinburgh to complete Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest 12km obstacle race. This has been upgraded for 2017 to a 50km (yes, that’s right!) Ultra Run around Edinburgh which Mike and some members will be taking part in if you’re interested!

     

December – Massage Therapist Katie Hill joined the team working from our private treatment room. Katie still has some great offers available and is an excellent therapist!

To round off our 2016, we picked not just one but two awards! The first for Excellence in Customer Service from the Perthshire Chamber Star Awards, swiftly followed by Best Health & Wellbeing Business at the Perth Business Awards.

      

 

We’ve also calculated that 20 of our clients looking to lose weight lost a combined total of 398lbs this year. That’s an average of 20lbs per person!
