I started PT with Mike at the end of November 2012. I had always played football but felt out of shape after giving it up. I felt unfit and fat and needed to get back on track. My goals were to lose weight, build muscle and improve my cardio endurance.

Training with Mike has taught me the importance of proper form and technique and allowed me to gain some pretty impressive results. Since the end of the last year, I have lost over 2 stone in weight and 4 inches around my waist. My strength and overall fitness have improved dramatically – I am the fittest I have ever been.

Mike tailored a programme to suit my goals and continued to push me throughout. The sessions were challenging but Mike was always on hand to give encouragement and make sure that I always pushed out that extra rep!

I wouldn’t be in such good shape had it not been for Mike and so would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about PT sessions.

This year, I hope to win the Birnam Hill Race, beat Mike in Mens Health Survival of the Fittest, complete Tough Mudder and continue to train with Mike.
