Fantastic Results for Club 300 12 Week Transformation Group!
A tough 3 months for 4 of our members has paid off.
Following a 12 week training and nutrition programme, we’re delighted to be able to share with you the amazing results achieved by Club 300 members Stu and Ja-Leen, and staff members Kelsey and Marie. The programme included group training sessions with their coach, featuring a variety of strength and conditioning sessions. This, paired with a strict and closely monitored nutrition plan has seen the group shed excess body fat and increase muscle mass. Not only this, they now have a better understanding of how to fuel, train and recover efficiently, meaning they can continue on their fitness journey and keep reaching their goals.
The group received support along the way, not only from each other but also from their coach, Mike, who was always on hand to answer questions, give advice and most importantly, encourage and motivate!
Above are the group’s before and after photos. As you can see, they’ve made fantastic changes to their lifestyle as well as their body composition. For some of them, they’ve still to reach their goal, but they’re now more than certain they have the skills and knowledge to keep going and reach them!

Get your friends and family involved in July!
Bring a buddy to train with you this month.
For the whole of July, we’re giving you the chance to get some friends, colleagues or family members involved in some training at Club 300 for free! Bring them along for a workout or book them in for a class with you and work out together. If your training buddy joins during July, you’ll receive £10 credit on your account to spend in the club!
Club 300 Charity Bootcamp for CATH & Member’s BBQ
Praying for good weather on Saturday 20 August!
We’ll be running a Fitness Bootcamp on Saturday 20th August on the Fair City’s North Inch starting at 11am!
What’s involved in the bootcamp:
PiYo in the Park with Kelsey Watson
Military FIT with Mike Lindsay / Jon Bodle
Core Drill with Adam Cameron / Claire Addison
Alongside the workouts led by your favourite Club 300 coaches, there will also be a bake sale to get your recovery carbs in after! 😉
After the Bootcamp, we’re inviting members & friends back to Club 300 for a BBQ!
The last event we held at the Club was our Launch Night back in October, which was a great success! We would like to get everyone together for some food on the BBQ, some drinks and maybe some games.
The coaches will be available to answer lots of questions on nutrition, fitness and health before being hypocrites and enjoying a beer and a burger (lean butcher burger of course and alcohol free corona possibly! :D) Check our the Facebook Event page and click attend so we know how many burgers to buy!!
Last but not least… we’re now open Sundays!
We’re now open on Sunday meaning you can come in and train with us 7 days a week! We have Yoga running from 10am till 11am with Iona Walker, then the gym is open from 11am till 2pm.
We also have the 300 Challenge every Sunday from 12pm. Come down and push yourself – how long does it take you to complete our 300 reps? The challenge stays the same each week so you can try and beat your own time and see yourself improving.
