Club 300 Group Training Sessions get a refresh
Quarterly update to keep our members on their toes!
The Club 300 coaches have been hard at work creating new programmes for the timetable of group training sessions. The Winter formats will challenge our members – bringing some new exercises and movements to their workouts – and will remain the same until Spring. Not only does this give ample time to grasp each new movement fully, but will hopefully allow for progression within that movement either by increasing weight, repetitions or simply confidence with that exercise!
